Anita Altman 1953-2005

From The Budapest Sun obit:

WE were saddened to hear last week of the death of a former employee, Anita Altman. Not least because her death - from complications resulting from a stroke - happened in the summer and took three months to filter through. Anita would have been 52 on Oct 24.

For those of you who haven't heard her name, "former employee" hardly seems a fitting description for Anita. She was, quite simply, the most famous expat in Hungary in the early 1990s.
